We are adding a new paragraph (c) at 425.508 to establish that, for performance years beginning on or after January 1, 2025, ACOs must submit quality data via the APM Performance Pathway (APP) on the quality measures contained in the APP Plus quality measure set established under 414.1367 to satisfactorily report on behalf of the eligible clinicians who bill under the TIN of an ACO participant for purposes of the MIPS Quality performance category of the Quality Payment Program
